Cancellation Policies
These policies are in place as we are a small luxury hotel that commits to customers and has little chance of re booking units when guests cancel 'last minute'
Grumpy and Happy Comfort Suites, reserves the right to treat the reservation as cancelled by you if the full balance is not paid 30 days prior to arrival.
